About Me
I received an MA in Psychology from Antioch University in 2004 and was certified as a Sexual Minorities Mental Health Specialist in 2007. My commitment to deepening my experience as a therapist leads me to attend professional trainings and to pursue my professional interests, particularly in the areas of sensorimotor psychotherapy, ecopsychology, nutrition and mental health, the effects of race, class and gender on emotional health, and the cultural, relational, and intergenerational transmission of trauma. I am a Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (#LH00011014) and member of the Northwest Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study.
I am a credentialed leader in the Secular Humanistic Jewish movement and a co-founder of Secular Jewish Circle of Puget Sound. Prior to becoming a therapist I worked in music education and arts management.
